We work with partner carriers to deliver your orders safely and as quickly as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about delivery options, fees and processes.
Delivery options and fees

Gold members of our loyalty programme enjoy free shipping regardless of order amount. For cash on delivery, a 49,90 TL service fee applies in addition to the shipping fee.
When will your order be shipped?
- Orders placed and with payment confirmed by 11:00 on weekdays are shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 11:00, at weekends or on public holidays are handed over to the courier on the next business day.
- Orders paid by bank transfer/EFT are prepared once the payment reaches our account.
During busy campaign periods, preparation time may be slightly longer; if so, we'll let you know. In all cases, your order will be delivered within the statutory period of 30 days.
Partner carriers
We ship your orders with our partner carriers, such as Yurtiçi Kargo, Aras Kargo, MNG Kargo and HepsiJET. The carrier is determined by your delivery address and the delivery option you choose.
Shipment tracking
Once your order has shipped, your tracking number is sent to you by e-mail and SMS. You can also find your tracking number and the current status of your order at any time on the My Account › My Orders page.
When receiving your parcel
- Check the outer packaging before accepting the parcel.
- If you notice any crushing, tearing, wetness or signs of opening on the parcel, don't accept it without having the courier prepare a damage report.
- Once a report has been drawn up, let our customer service team know as soon as possible; we will immediately start the exchange or return process for your product.
Packaging and gift wrapping
Your products are packed in protective packaging so they aren't damaged in transit. If you've selected the gift wrapping option, your order is specially wrapped; gift wrapping costs 39,90 TL and is free for our Silver and Gold members.
Address details
To make sure your order arrives without any issues, please enter your delivery address and phone number in full. If you are not available at the address, the courier will leave a notice; your parcel will be held at the courier branch for a certain period and, if not collected, will be returned to our store. If you would like to change your address before your order is shipped, you can contact our customer service team.
