FAQs

Puanlarım ne zaman hesabıma geçer?

Siparişin teslim edildiği anda kazandığın puanlar otomatik olarak hesabına yüklenir. Sipariş iptal ya da iade edilirse ilgili puanlar düzeltilir.

Puanlarımı nasıl kullanırım?

Just tick the “Use points” option at checkout. 1 points are worth 0.01 TL, and up to 50% of your basket total can be paid with points.

Seviyem nasıl belirlenir?

Seviyen, son 12 ayda teslim aldığın siparişlerin toplam tutarına göre otomatik hesaplanır. Yeni bir siparişin teslim edildiğinde seviyen anında güncellenir.

Seviyem düşer mi?

Seviye hesaplaması son 12 ayı kapsar. 12 ayı dolduran alışverişler hesaplamadan çıktıkça seviyen yeniden değerlendirilir.

Puan kazanmak için üye olmam gerekir mi?

Evet. Puanlar üyelik hesabına tanımlanır; misafir alışverişlerde puan kazanılamaz. Üyelik ücretsizdir ve bir dakikadan kısa sürer.
