Secure payment infrastructure

Your credit and debit card payments are processed through the PayTR secure payment infrastructure. Your card details are sent directly to the payment institution; your card number, expiry date and security code are not stored on our website or servers.

Verification with 3D Secure

Card payments are verified with 3D Secure. During payment, your bank sends a one-time verification code to your mobile phone, and the transaction cannot be completed without entering this code. This prevents your card from being used without your knowledge.

Encrypted connection

All data exchanged between our site and your browser is encrypted with an SSL certificate. You can confirm that the connection is secure by checking the padlock icon in your browser's address bar.

Payment options

• Credit card / debit card: Instalment options of up to 12 months are available for credit cards. The instalment options available for your card are listed at the payment step.
• Bank transfer/EFT: After completing your order, you can make your payment to the IBAN sent to you. Don't forget to enter your order number in the description field. If the payment does not reach our account within a reasonable time, your order may be cancelled.
• Cash on delivery: For orders up to 5.000 TL, you can use the cash on delivery option for a service fee of 49,90 TL.

Safe shopping isn't just about payment. All products on our site are sourced with invoices from authorised distributors and importers, and are shipped with long expiry dates.

Protection of your personal data

Tips for protecting your account

• Choose a password for your account that is hard to guess and that you don't use on other sites.
• On shared devices, log out once you've finished shopping.
• Our store will never ask for your password, card details or the verification code sent by your bank via email, SMS or phone. If you receive such a request, do not share any information and let us know.
• If you notice any activity on your account that you don't recognise, change your password immediately and contact our customer service team.
