That's why we've made it our mission not only to sell products, but also to help you make the choice that suits your needs.

Authentic product guarantee

All products on our website are sourced, with invoices, from authorised distributors and importers. We store our products under suitable conditions and check our stock regularly. We make sure the products we send you have at least 12 months left before their expiry date.

Expert team and ingredient guide

Our product selection is curated by our team, experienced in cosmetics and skincare. On every product page, we aim to present the ingredient list, usage tips and which skin types it suits in plain language. Our ingredient guide and blog posts help you get to know commonly found ingredients, from hyaluronic acid to niacinamide, and read labels more easily.

Skin Analysis test

If you're not sure which product is right for you, try our Skin Analysis test, which takes just a few minutes to complete. Based on your answers about your skin type, priorities and skincare habits, we'll offer you a personalised skincare routine and product recommendations. The test results are intended as general guidance only; if you have a specific skin concern, we recommend consulting a dermatologist.

Loyalty programme

With every purchase, you earn points worth 3% of your net order amount, which you can use on your future orders. In our programme made up of Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers, your tier rises as you shop, giving you access to perks such as more points, free gift wrapping and free shipping. When you sign up, 1.000 welcome points are added to your account.

Fast and careful delivery

Orders placed on weekdays by 11:00 are handed over to the courier the same day. Shipping is free on orders of 750 TL and over; in major cities, you can receive your order even faster with the Next Day Delivery option.

Sustainable packaging

Wherever possible, we use recycled and recyclable cardboard in our packaging and avoid unnecessary plastic fillers. By choosing box sizes to suit the products, we aim to reduce both waste and the environmental impact of shipping.
