This form has been prepared pursuant to Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği) in order to inform the Buyer before the distance sales contract is concluded. The key characteristics, ingredient lists and usage information of the products are provided on the relevant product pages. Prices published on the Site are valid until they are updated, and campaign prices are valid for the duration of the campaign.

4. Payment Information

Credit card / debit card: Payments are processed via the PayTR secure payment infrastructure with 3D Secure verification. Instalment options of up to 12 months may be offered on credit cards; whether interest is applied to instalment payments is shown at the payment step. Card details are not stored by the Seller.
Bank transfer/EFT: Payment is made to the IBAN provided after the order, with the order number entered in the description field. If payment is not made within a reasonable time, the order may be cancelled.
Cash on delivery: Available for orders up to 5.000 TL, with a service fee of 49,90 TL.

5. Delivery Information

Standard Delivery: 59,90 TL, 1-3 business days from dispatch. Free on orders of 750 TL or more.
Next-Day Delivery: 119,90 TL, available for orders placed by 11:00 on weekdays in metropolitan cities.
Orders placed and with payment confirmed by 11:00 on weekdays are shipped the same day.
Products are shipped via contracted shipping companies such as Yurtiçi Kargo, Aras Kargo, MNG Kargo and HepsiJET. The tracking number is sent by e-mail and SMS and can also be viewed on the My Account › My Orders page.
In all cases, delivery may not exceed the statutory period of 30 days from order confirmation.
Packages that appear damaged should not be accepted without having the courier draw up a damage report.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised by creating a return request on the My Account › My Orders page, or by making an explicit notification to [E-POSTA], to the phone number [TELEFON] or to the address [ADRES]. The withdrawal form annexed to this form may also be used.
The Buyer shall return the product, together with any gift and sample products sent with the order, within 10 days of the withdrawal notice. No return costs are charged to the Buyer for shipments made via the Seller's contracted shipping company using the free return code provided.
The Seller shall refund the amount collected to the payment method used by the Buyer within 14 days at the latest from the date the withdrawal notice reaches the Seller.

7. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

Pursuant to subparagraph (ç) of the first paragraph of Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, cosmetics and personal care products whose packaging, tape, seal or protective film has been opened after delivery, or which have been tried, are not covered by the right of withdrawal, as they are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons. The other exceptions listed in the same article are also reserved. For products that are defective, damaged or sent differently from the order, the Buyer's optional rights arising from Article 11 of Law No. 6502 remain valid in all cases.

8. Complaints and Objections

The Buyer may submit requests and complaints to the Seller using the contact details in Article 1. In the event of a dispute, the Buyer may apply to the consumer arbitration committee in their place of residence or where the consumer transaction took place, within the monetary limits set annually by the Ministry of Trade, and to consumer courts for disputes exceeding these limits. In cases stipulated by law, applying to a mediator before filing a lawsuit is mandatory.

9. Other Matters

This form and the Distance Sales Contract are sent to the Buyer's e-mail address after the order is placed and are retained by the Seller for the period stipulated by law.
The language of the contract is Turkish.
The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with the principles set out in the KVKK Privacy Notice.
